Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Required for refund or exchange:
An RPC# is required to begin the Refund Process. Without this RPC# your refund will be DENIED.
An EPC# is required to begin the Exchange Process. Without this EPC# your exchange will be DENIED.
To have APPROVED Refunds or APPROVED Exchanges the customer must follow the required steps. The steps can also be found on our website under our Refund Policy at www.sanzajewelry.com/policies/refund-policy
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged take pictures, send the pictures to our email: info@sanzajewelry.com and we will evaluate the issue right away to make it right.

How do I get a refund? Follow Step 1 and Step 2:
Step 1. Get an RPC #
A. Contact us at info@sanzajewelry.com within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive an RPC#. You will be asked questions regarding your order so that we can better help you and a return shipping label will be provided.
Warning: You may not return items without being issued an RPC# . If you mail items without being issued a RPC# your refund will be denied.
Step 2. Eligibility for refund; returned items must be:
A. Not worn, inside its package with an unbroken seal. If the seal has been opened you will not be eligible for a refund, only store credit or exchange will be provided
B. Inside original package with tags on
C. The receipt or proof of purchase
Approved Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If you have followed step 1 and step 2 you will have an approved refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Denied Refunds:
Failure to follow either step 1 or step 2 will result in a denied refund and only a store credit or exchange will be provided.

What is the difference between an RPC# and an EPC#?
Answer:
RPC# is the code you must have in order to begin the refund process policy. RPC stands for Refund Process Code
EPC# is the code you must have in order to begin the exchange process policy. EPC stands for Exchange Process Code.

Why do I need an RPC# or EPC#?
Answer:
To better help you and to give you a successful customer service experience you will need the appropriate code number. This will prevent any mixups, confusion and will also prevent you from having a denied refund or a denied exchange. Having the appropriate code # will result in a successful process and a better customer service experience.

Why can't I just mail my purchased items back without contacting info@sanzajewelry.com?
Answer:
When you contact us at info@sanzajewelry.com you will be given a shipping label and either an RPC# or EPC#. The shipping label will contain a tracking number so your return item will not get lost in the mail. The RPC# or EPC# is required for a successful refund or exchange.
